NextGen Classes (Ages 4-6)

Our NextGen Jiu Jitsu Program is for boys and girls ages 4-6. We offer three classes per week completely year-round.

Class times are every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-4:30 PM as well as every Saturday from 9:00-9:30 AM.

Our NextGen Jiu Jitsu classes are specifically designed to develop and improve your 4, 5, or 6 year old's teamwork, discipline, attention span, listening, balance, anti-bullying skill, confidence, and overall athletic ability. 

NextGen is a structured class built upon following directions, acquiring skills, rewarding good behavior, preparing them to participate in our regular kids classes, and having a whole lot of fun!  

Every class consists of a structured warm up, time for learning and practicing technique, and a time for games if they earn it...

We believe that ages 4, 5, and 6 are some of the most important years for a child's development, and we are fully committed to making sure jiu jitsu will make a positive impact on that development.

As instructors, we have seen first-hand how the discipline,  structure, and skills acquired through consistent jiu jitsu training has changed the lives of children for years to come.
