Kids Classes (Ages 7-12)

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu Program is for boys and girls ages 7-12. We offer six classes per week completely year-round.

Class times are every Monday and Friday from 4:30-5:30 PM, every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:45 PM or 5:45 PM (depending on age), and every Wednesday and Saturday from 9:45-10:45 AM.

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes are designed to develop and improve your child's teamwork, discipline, attention span, listening, balance, anti-bullying skill, confidence, and overall athletic ability. 

Every class consists of a structured warm up, time for learning and practicing technique, sparring to test what they are learning, and time for games if they earn it...

Jiu Jitsu has proven time and time again to be the best martial art for self defense. We will teach your child when and why to use the skills they learn, and we make sure that they understand their goal is to be so aware that they never have to use it outside of the academy.

The power of jiu jitsu is that it relies on resistance tested technique and not on size or strength. This makes it one of the most valuable skills that a boy or girl can learn for self defense and for self confidence.
